Mirror, Mirror

Hey buddies,

It’s me your tiny trainer back to kick your butt but today is a little different. We’re
going to talk about images; “your” image and “their” image.

When you look in the mirror what do you see?

Are you content, happy, or just blah? Now, what do you think about people’s opinion? Does that change how you think or feel about yourself? Answer is: it shouldn’t!

The reason being is you have to love yourself before anyone else can, or will. Today your exercise is to buy a washable marker and find a mirror. For a whole week I want you to wake up every morning and write one good thing you like about yourself. Let’s see if you can do the whole week!
Make me proud.

As much dieting, eating healthy, and exercising as anyone can do won’t change how you mentally feel, but this exercise will definitely help. Remember, everyday is a new day, so live.
