Hello my sexy friends, it’s me your tiny trainer back in action.

Whose ready to sweat? I hope all of you said yes,
because I’m ready.

Because the New Year is full of resolutions and commitments I am happy that all of you have committed to me this year. I hope all of you have reached a goal, started a goal or continuing to maintain your goal. Always remember that it may not be easy but who wants easy right? Okay, I’m done with speech let’s get it!

Warm up with body squats; 20 please. Now grab light dumbbells because we will be doing curtsy lunges with lateral raise. For this exercise 3 sets of 12 to 15. Next exercise is a squat with shoulder press up (candlestick) and this one is the set and rep. Time to get that heart rate up; pretend jump rope for 15 to 30 seconds. For every two exercises you will be doing this so don’t forget!

Since we’re done with that time for cable front squat (with a bar connector) followed by two pulse at the bottom. For this exercise you will be doing 3 sets of 15. If it burns it’s okay you will be fine. Fight through the pain to get through to the glory. For the finisher static ski squat with static lunge back (stay low the whole time). If you want to challenge yourself you can hold dumbbells. This exercise will be 3 sets of 15 each leg.

How are my beautiful creatures feelings? Awesome! Lastly, yes I know I told you we were done I kind of stretched the truth. Some core work never hurt anyone right? Great, on your backs. Time for bicycles, leg lifts, situps (or crunches) and russian twist. Please do 3 sets of 25 to 50 each side).
